Privacy Policy

  • Clear digital-product boundaries
  • Secure support for individual questions
01

An adult-directed service

Browsing, purchasing, membership, support, account, billing, and consent actions are for adults. Children should not submit contact, account, or payment information.

02

Information we use

The service may use adult account identity, adult contact details, purchase and membership records, product access, support requests, security records, consent choices, and the technical information needed to complete a request.

03

Family profiles and saved work

When family profile tools are available, an adult may create a nickname-only profile. Optional saved work stays within the adult-owned account. A child email, public profile, advertising profile, chat account, or precise location is not required.

04

Checkout and delivery

Payment providers process payment details under their own privacy notices. Pebble & Page does not store full card numbers. Digital delivery and download access are connected to the adult purchaser or entitled adult account.

05

Support messages

The support form keeps the adult name, adult email, category, subject, message, status, and timestamps needed to answer the request. Do not include a child’s private information or payment-card data.

06

Account choices

Signed-in adults can use available account controls to export information or request deletion of eligible records. Some transaction, security, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained or de-identified.

07

Service providers and security

Hosting, authentication, database, storage, checkout, and delivery providers process only the information needed for their role. Access controls, rate limits, audit events, encryption, and private storage help reduce risk, but no online service can promise absolute security.
