Child profiles & privacy

Adult-owned from the first step.

Profiles are optional and use only a parent-chosen nickname, age band, approved avatar, and theme—never a child email, exact birthday, school, photo, or public username.

Cancel without a phone call

Clear dates, no hidden maze.

Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period. The account shows the renewal or end date and explains what stays in the printable library.

Membership questions

Know the rules before you choose.

Do annual members receive a new shelf each month?

Yes. Annual billing happens once per year, while reviewed shelf entitlements are granted each active calendar month.

What happens to an unused choice?

A shelf-specific choice remains selectable for 90 days, then expires. It cannot be moved to an arbitrary catalog product.

Can discounts stack?

No. One eligible discount applies according to the published priority; an owner promotion and member discount do not stack.

Can I change plans?

A plan change is scheduled for the next renewal. Previously unlocked printables stay in the library, and profiles are never deleted automatically.
