Start with Actual Size or 100% when the product guide calls for exact sizing. Turn off automatic enlargement.
Fit to printable area
Use Fit or Fit to printable area only when the product guide recommends it or your printer clips a non-critical edge.
Printer-safe editions
Choose a printer-safe or ink-conscious edition only when it is listed among the included files.
Print preview
Review every preview for the selected page range, paper size, scale, margins, and orientation before printing a full book.
Orientation
Use portrait or landscape exactly as the PDF and product-specific guide show. Avoid automatic rotation when it changes the layout.
Borderless printing
Borderless printing can extend artwork to the edge on supported printers. Standard printers may leave a safe white margin.
Paper choice
Standard copy paper works for many pages. Heavier paper may suit covers, cards, signs, or pieces when the guide recommends it.
Color variation
Screen and print color can differ because of ink, paper, monitor, printer profile, and quality settings.
Open a ZIP
Download the ZIP completely, save it to a trusted device, and extract it before opening the included PDF files.
Open a PDF
Use a current trusted browser or PDF reader. If a preview looks wrong, download the file before printing.
Mobile download
Save the complete file first. Use the device file manager to extract ZIPs, and send the exact PDF to a compatible printer.
Desktop download
A desktop or laptop usually makes multi-file downloading, extraction, organization, preview, and printing easier.
Reprinting
Keep the original download and receipt. Personal household reprints remain subject to the product's personal-use license.
